We use essential cookies to keep the platform working, and optional cookies only with your consent. You can change your preferences anytime from the cookie banner or your browser settings.
1 What Are Cookies?
Cookies are small text files placed on your device (computer, phone, tablet) when you visit a website. They help websites remember your preferences, keep you logged in, and understand how the site is used.
Airric uses cookies and similar technologies (local storage, pixels, SDKs) to operate our Services, improve user experience, and — with your consent — measure and personalize content. This policy explains what we use, why, and how you can control it.
Where this policy refers to "cookies," it also covers related technologies such as localStorage, sessionStorage, web beacons, and mobile SDKs that perform similar functions.
2 Cookies We Use
We group cookies into four categories based on their purpose:
3 Essential Cookies
These cookies are strictly necessary for Airric to function. They handle authentication, security, load balancing, and session state. Without them, the Services cannot operate.
| Name | Purpose | Duration | Required |
|---|---|---|---|
airric_session |
Maintains your login session across page loads. | Session | Yes |
airric_auth |
Authentication token for secure API requests. | 30 days | Yes |
airric_csrf |
Prevents cross-site request forgery attacks. | Session | Yes |
airric_consent |
Stores your cookie consent preferences. | 12 months | Yes |
4 Functional Cookies
Functional cookies remember your preferences and personalize your experience. They are optional, but disabling them may reduce convenience.
| Name | Purpose | Duration | Required |
|---|---|---|---|
airric_theme |
Remembers your dark/light mode choice. | Persistent | Optional |
airric_lang |
Stores your preferred interface language. | 12 months | Optional |
airric_layout |
Saves dashboard layout and widget positions. | 6 months | Optional |
airric_recent |
Remembers recently viewed agents and conversations. | 30 days | Optional |
5 Analytics Cookies
Analytics cookies help us understand how visitors interact with Airric — which pages are popular, where users get stuck, and how we can improve. All analytics data is aggregated and anonymized.
| Name | Provider | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
_airric_ga |
Airric (internal) | Distinguishes unique users for aggregate metrics. | 24 hours |
_airric_ga_id |
Airric (internal) | Persists user ID across sessions. | 13 months |
_airric_perf |
Airric (internal) | Tracks page load times and error rates. | Session |
We use a privacy-focused analytics setup that does not track you across websites, does not sell your data, and stores all metrics in aggregate form only.
6 Marketing Cookies
Marketing cookies are used to deliver relevant ads on other platforms and measure campaign effectiveness. They are only placed with your explicit consent and are never used for sensitive targeting.
- Retargeting: show you Airric ads on platforms like LinkedIn or Twitter if you've visited our site.
- Conversion tracking: understand which campaigns lead to signups.
- A/B testing: test different versions of landing pages to improve clarity.
Marketing cookies are off by default. They only activate if you opt in via the cookie banner or preference center.
7 Third-Party Cookies
Some cookies are set by trusted third parties that help us deliver our Services:
- Stripe — payment processing and fraud prevention.
- Slack, Notion, HubSpot — only when you connect these integrations.
- Cloudflare — content delivery and DDoS protection.
- Sentry — error monitoring and performance diagnostics.
Each of these providers operates under its own privacy policy. We do not allow them to use your data for their own marketing.
8 Managing Cookies
You have multiple ways to control cookies:
8.1 Cookie Banner
When you first visit Airric, a banner lets you accept all, reject non-essential, or customize preferences per category. You can change your choice anytime by clicking "Cookie Settings" in the footer.
8.2 Browser Settings
All major browsers let you block or delete cookies. Here's how:
If you block essential cookies, you will not be able to log in or use core features of Airric. Essential cookies cannot be disabled from within the platform.
9 Do Not Track
Some browsers send a "Do Not Track" (DNT) signal. Because there is no industry consensus on how to respond to DNT, Airric does not currently alter its behavior in response to DNT signals.
Instead, we rely on our consent-based cookie banner, which gives you granular control regardless of your browser settings.
10 Consent & Updates
We comply with GDPR, ePrivacy Directive, CCPA, and similar laws. Our approach:
- Explicit consent for non-essential cookies (no pre-checked boxes).
- Easy withdrawal of consent at any time via the Cookie Settings panel.
- No cookie walls — you can use Airric even if you reject non-essential cookies.
- Consent records retained for 12 months for compliance audits.
When we make material changes to this policy, we will:
- Update the "Last updated" date at the top.
- Show an in-app banner informing you of the change.
- Re-request consent where required by law.
