By accessing or using Airric, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Services. These Terms include a binding arbitration clause and class-action waiver (Section 16).
1 Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Use ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (or the organization you represent) and Airric Technologies, Inc. ("Airric", "we", "our", "us") governing your access to and use of:
- The Airric website and dashboard (airric.com).
- Our AI agents, chatbot services, and automation workflows.
- APIs, SDKs, and developer tools.
- Any related documentation, updates, or support (collectively, the "Services").
Your continued use of the Services constitutes ongoing acceptance of these Terms, as updated from time to time.
You must be at least 16 years old to use Airric services.
No abuse, no spam, no illegal activity on the platform.
Subscription fees are due at the start of each billing cycle.
You keep your content; we keep our platform. Don't copy either.
2 Eligibility
To use Airric, you must:
- Be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction).
- Have the legal authority to enter into a binding contract.
- Not be barred from using the Services under any applicable law.
- If using on behalf of an organization, have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
3 Account Registration
To access most features, you must create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
- Keep your login credentials confidential and secure.
- Notify us immediately at security@airric.com of any unauthorized access.
- Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or remain inactive for over 24 months.
4 Subscription & Billing
4.1 Plans & Pricing
Airric offers Starter, Pro, and Enterprise plans. Current pricing is displayed on our Pricing page. Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice.
4.2 Billing Cycle
- Monthly plans: charged at the start of each month.
- Annual plans: charged upfront, valid for 12 months.
- Auto-renewal: subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
4.3 Taxes
All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes (VAT, GST, sales tax). You are responsible for all taxes associated with your subscription.
4.4 Refunds
Refund terms are governed by our Refund Policy. Please review it carefully before subscribing.
If a payment fails, we will retry up to 3 times over 7 days. If the issue persists, your account will be downgraded to the free tier until the balance is resolved.
5 Acceptable Use
You agree to use Airric only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. Examples of permitted use include:

6 Prohibited Activities
You may not use Airric to:
Including data protection, export control, sanctions, and anti-money laundering laws.
Uploading content you don't have rights to, or generating content that violates copyright, trademark, or trade secrets.
Including disinformation, deepfakes, harassment, hate speech, or content that promotes violence.
Attempting to bypass authentication, probe vulnerabilities, or interfere with our infrastructure.
Automated data extraction, bulk account creation, or reselling access without written permission.
Handling PHI, financial data, or children's data without proper legal basis and safeguards.
Pretending to be Airric staff, another user, or any third party to deceive others.
Using Airric outputs to train machine learning models that compete with Airric's Services.
Violation of these rules may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, and/or legal action. No refund will be issued for accounts terminated for policy violations.
7 Intellectual Property
7.1 Our Rights
Airric and its licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in the Services, including software, design, trademarks, and documentation. Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership of our intellectual property.
7.2 License Granted to You
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services for your internal business or personal purposes.
7.3 Feedback
If you provide suggestions or feedback, you grant Airric a perpetual, royalty-free license to use that feedback without obligation to you.
8 Your Content
You retain ownership of all data, documents, and content you upload or create using the Services ("Your Content"). You grant Airric a limited license to host, process, and display Your Content solely to provide the Services.
You represent and warrant that:
- You own or have the necessary rights to Your Content.
- Your Content does not violate any third-party rights.
- Your Content complies with all applicable laws.
You can export or delete Your Content at any time via the dashboard. Upon deletion, we remove it from active systems within 30 days (see Privacy Policy for backup retention periods).
9 AI Output & Disclaimers
Airric uses large language models to generate responses. You acknowledge that:
- AI output may be inaccurate. It should not be relied upon for medical, legal, financial, or safety-critical decisions without human review.
- Outputs are probabilistic and may vary between identical prompts.
- You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before publishing or acting upon it.
- No professional relationship (legal, medical, financial advisory) is created between you and Airric.
For high-stakes use cases (healthcare, finance, legal), we strongly recommend maintaining human oversight of all AI-generated outputs.
10 Third-Party Services
Airric integrates with third-party services (Slack, Notion, HubSpot, Stripe, etc.). Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies. Airric is not responsible for:
- Service interruptions or data loss caused by third-party providers.
- Changes to third-party APIs that affect integrations.
- Fees charged directly by third-party providers.
11 Service Availability
We target 99.9% uptime for paid plans and 99.99% for Enterprise (as defined in your SLA). However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance windows are announced at least 48 hours in advance.
12 Termination
12.1 Termination by You
You may cancel your subscription at any time via the dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
12.2 Termination by Airric
We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if:
- You breach these Terms.
- Your account poses a security or legal risk.
- Required by law or court order.
- Your account remains inactive for 24+ months.
12.3 Effect of Termination
Upon termination, your right to use the Services ends immediately. You may export Your Content within 30 days after termination; afterward, it may be permanently deleted.
You receive an email notification with the reason for termination.
You have 30 days to export your data via the dashboard.
After 30 days, your account and content are permanently deleted from active systems.
13 Disclaimers
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
- MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
- ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, OR COMPLETENESS OF AI OUTPUTS.
- UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION.
Some jurisdictions do not allow exclusion of implied warranties; in such cases, the above exclusions apply to the maximum extent permitted by law.
14 Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AIRRIC'S TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO AIRRIC IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
IN NO EVENT SHALL AIRRIC BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY.
15 Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Airric and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of:
- Your use of the Services.
- Your violation of these Terms.
- Your violation of any third-party rights.
- Content you upload or generate using the Services.
16 Dispute Resolution
16.1 Informal Resolution
Before filing a formal claim, you agree to contact us at legal@airric.com and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days.
16.2 Binding Arbitration
Any unresolved dispute shall be settled by binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA), conducted in San Francisco, California. The arbitration will be conducted in English.
16.3 Class Action Waiver
You agree to resolve disputes on an individual basis. You waive any right to participate in a class action, class arbitration, or representative proceeding.
16.4 Exceptions
Either party may seek injunctive relief in court to protect intellectual property or confidential information.
17 Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes:
- We will notify you via email and in-app banner at least 30 days before the change takes effect.
- Continued use of the Services after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
- If you do not agree, you must stop using the Services before the effective date.
