We observed elevated response times for API calls in the EU region between 14:10–14:48 UTC. Root cause was a caching layer misconfiguration during a routine deployment. All requests were served successfully; only latency was affected.
Routine database maintenance to upgrade infrastructure and improve query performance. During this window, read-only mode was enabled on the dashboard. All APIs remained available with no downtime.
Message delivery to Slack channels experienced delays up to 8 minutes due to a temporary rate limit on our end. Messages were queued and delivered once the limits reset. No data was lost.
One of our LLM providers experienced a regional outage which affected a subset of AI agent requests. We automatically failed over to a backup provider within 4 minutes, restoring service to normal. Total customer impact: 12 minutes.
